Privacy policy
العربيةScope
This policy covers data processed by TRADEMINAL website, analysis, account, support and community services. Independent brokers and identity providers also apply their own policies. Submit privacy requests through the website support centre.
Data we process
Where the service is enabled, we store account identifier, name, email, identity provider, creation and last-access times, access status and plan. We may store messages, tickets, attachments, connection requests, published content, acceptance records and security/operational logs. Using public market information does not mean that we retain no user data.
Purposes and recipients
We process data to operate accounts, verify identity and access, provide support, fulfil requests, prevent abuse, and document agreements and legal obligations. Necessary data is handled by hosting, identity, support and connected providers according to the feature used, potentially outside your country. Do not send broker passwords or secret keys in chat or support tickets. We do not ask for your Google password; Google authenticates it.
Cookies, analytics and external content
Essential session cookies support sign-in and security; the browser stores workspace preferences. Privacy choices last up to 180 days. Optional Umami analytics runs after permission and measures pages, device class and referral source without form contents or screen replays. Embedded charts, broadcasts and broker services may use provider cookies when external content is enabled. Change choices using the privacy control; doing so does not automatically erase existing data or another domain’s cookies.
AI and published content
AI tools may send your submitted question and the context indicated by that tool to the enabled analysis provider. Avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. Public posts, broadcasts and comments you choose to publish can be viewed and copied by others. Support tickets are accessible to their owner and authorized support staff. Current analytics features do not automatically record screens or keystrokes.
Retention and protection
Retention depends on the data category and the need to operate the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed; legally required or fraud-prevention records may be retained, and backups may persist until their replacement cycle. We use access controls and technical safeguards; no protection eliminates every risk.
Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw optional consent. We may verify your identity to protect the account. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing or processing required on an independent legal basis. Open a privacy request in the support centre; rights to complain to the competent authority remain available.
