TRADEMINAL provides market information, research and analysis tools. Account holders must be at least 18, legally able to contract where they reside, provide accurate details and use the account lawfully. Do not share credentials or impersonate others. Protect your account and report unauthorized use to support.
Analysis and signals
Buy/sell signals, entry prices, targets and stops are general rule-based analytical outputs, not personalized investment advice, portfolio management or execution orders. They do not by themselves account for your finances or risk tolerance and do not guarantee profit or target achievement. Decisions and broker execution require independent verification. The risk disclosure forms part of these terms.
Sources and data rights
The platform may combine public sources, licensed feeds, broker data and derived analysis. Not all data is openly licensed or redistributable. Source attribution and owners’ rights remain intact; coverage, speed and delay depend on source and entitlements. Do not copy, sell or redistribute data contrary to its licence or remove attribution.
Brokers and external services
Brokerage accounts, funds, verification, execution, deposits and withdrawals are governed by your agreement with the broker. A TRADEMINAL subscription does not open a brokerage account, establish trading eligibility or grant exchange-data licences. Partner names do not guarantee analytical outcomes. Do not submit trading orders or money-transfer instructions through support.
Acceptable use and community
Fraud, market manipulation, abuse, privacy/IP violations, access-control bypass and service disruption are prohibited. You must have rights to the content you publish and must not make misleading profit promises. You permit hosting and displaying that content according to your publication choices. Violations may lead to restrictions, with support available for questions and appeals; mandatory user rights remain unaffected.
Plans, fees and changes
Fees, currency, billing period, features and renewal/cancellation conditions must be disclosed before an actual purchase. Selecting a preview plan does not create payment or paid activation. Broker and external data fees follow their own terms. The cancellation/refund policy and the written offer accepted at purchase apply, subject to statutory consumer rights.
Availability, responsibility and disputes
Services may be interrupted and data delayed; do not use the platform as your sole basis for a financial decision. We do not guarantee every reading or uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waive mandatory rights. Contact support about disputes where practicable; applicable laws and competent courts remain applicable.
Versions and acceptance records
After identity verification, we record the agreements’ version, acceptance time and language with your account. Material changes are presented when new acceptance is requested; existing accounts are not retroactively recorded as having agreed. Acknowledging the privacy policy is separate from optional analytics or marketing consent.
